130R grants a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on your devices. The app is intended for amateur and non-professional sporting use.

Trackside safety is always the responsibility of the person driving. Configure the session before you go out and do not interact with the phone while driving.

Trademark, design, code and content of the site and the app are property of 130R. Your session data remains yours.

Termination
You can stop using the app at any time.
